Meet Kevin:
As the Founder of Knowledge Driven and Moore, Kevin is dedicated to helping organizations develop winning environments. He believes in engaging his audiences and challenging their ideas of excellence. He brings over 30 years of successful leadership skills to the table and with that a wealth of knowledge. Working with executives, leaders and team members, he will arm your organization with practical strategies and the value added resources that will catapult your business from average to world class.
Kevin is a graduate of the prestigious United States Military Academy at West Point, NY and has had a distinguished military career. During his career as a leader, he lived in Europe for 14 years and led numerous organizations there as well.
His travels include: Lithuania, England, Crete, Spain, France, Germany, Belgium, Sweden, Italy, Bosnia & Herzegovina, Mexico, Virgin Islands, and all over the United States. He has served in the United States Army. He is a former Chief Information Officer (CIO) responsible for providing IT Enterprise Automated Information Systems (AIS) oversight in direct support of the Armed Services (i.e. Army, Air Force, Navy, Marines, and Coast Guard) in 65 primary locations, 530 remote sites, and 13,000 educational institutions across the United States to include Puerto Rico, Hawaii, and Alaska. He has influenced everyone from corporate executives, senior to mid-level managers, government and military personnel, to independent business men and women.
He has been featured in a number of newspapers, writes articles for several web content providers, and has been a guest on 58 radio shows (e.g. FOX Sports Radio (Virginia), FM Talk 101.1 (North Carolina), KISS-FM (Utica, New York), “101 The Fox” - FM (Kansas) throughout the United States and Canada.
He is currently working on his second book titled “Expert Leadership -- Quick, Plain, & Simple” which focuses on the many mistakes that most Leaders, Managers, and Supervisors make and how to overcome those mistakes.
In addition, as a Volunteer, he has served as a Chapter Leader of a National Non-profit Organization focused on Fatherhood, a Vice President of a Parent Teacher Association (PTA), a Youth Football Coach, and currently serves on the Board of Directors for "Educated & Empowered" a Non-profit Organization.
His experiences also include being a Recording Artist, Stage Actor, Scholar Athlete, Martial Artist, Book Reader, Music Listener, Movie Watcher, and Video Gamer. Kevin is married with three children (i.e. two boys and one daughter), and resides in Huntsville, Al.
